All of our wild red tuna comes from the Almadraba in Cadiz. Captured with the Almadraba technique, a fishing art dating back to pre-Roman times, which seeks a sustainable way of capturing, at the best migratory moment of the tuna from cold waters of the Atlantic, regulated and that guarantees a suitable fishing process, avoiding the stress of the animal and providing its precious meat with a perfect cold preservation during its capture keeping intact its flavour and intense red colour.
